Alcohol
One of mankinds oldest and most sweetest of friends.
Folks the old dog has been with us for perhaps as long as civilization. One of the more magnificent of accidental inventions we have discovered.
A little history. Our friends like beer and wine have been produced as far back as 9000 years ago. And was used for more than just recreation. In fact it was more safer to drink fermented drinks than water in certain early civilizations because of the contam factor of the water! Beer and Wine was a part of diet and used medicinally in certain cultures.
Ah but say that to some and their face sours.
True alcohol has a bad rep but like many things with a bad reps its not really the drugs fault no. It’s the fact that we as humans cant handle our own inner drives. Most laws concerning alcohol weren’t developed just by guys sitting around thinking of good laws… hell no. They were invented because Human’s, not alcohol, fucked up big so we had to make sure it didn’t happen too much. (Which when you just think how many people YOU know who get DUIs you realize is a farcical though right there.)
Well shit I ended up ranting.
Okay next time I will look more into the effects of Alcoholization on me.
